2. Description of Service

I Ching Master Li provides digital metaphysical guidance and interpretations based on traditional Chinese wisdom systems, including:

• I Ching (Book of Changes): Hexagram casting and interpretations
• BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny): Life chart analysis based on birth date and time
• Feng Shui: Spatial energy insights and recommendations
• Daily Reflections: Personalized daily guidance content

The Service is available via web browser and may be expanded to additional platforms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features (e.g., subscription plans, reading history), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer the following pricing options (prices are in USD unless otherwise stated):

• Monthly Subscription: $7/month — recurring charge
• Single Reading: $5/reading — one-time purchase

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4.3 Billing Cycle

• Monthly subscriptions: Billed at the start of each billing period
• Single readings: Charged at the time of purchase

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time — access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refund Policy

• Single readings: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, single readings are non-refundable once delivered.
• Monthly subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for partial months.
• Technical issues: If you experience technical problems preventing usage, contact us for assistance or a prorated refund at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service without written permission
• Submit false or misleading information for readings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Use the Service to provide readings to third parties for commercial purposes without a separate agreement

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content provided through the Service — including hexagram interpretations, system prompts, knowledge base materials, website design, graphics, and proprietary analysis algorithms — is owned by I Ching Master Li or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit about the Service become our property. Your reading history and journal entries remain your data (subject to our Privacy Policy).

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:

• Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance when possible)
• Emergency repairs
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your conduct could harm other users, third parties, or the Service
• Required by applicable law

Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. Pre-paid fees are non-refundable except as stated in Section 4.5.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent website notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law
