I Ching Master Li provides digital metaphysical content — including AI-generated I Ching readings, BaZi charts, Feng Shui insights, and downloadable reports. Because this content is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, our refund terms are set out below.

2. Paid Plans

We offer one-time paid plans — Basic at $4.99 and Pro at $29.99. Each purchase grants 30 days of access from the date of payment. There is no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel.

• 7-day money-back guarantee: First-time buyers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase if they are not satisfied.
• After 7 days: No refunds are issued for unused access time.

3. One-time Readings & Reports

Single readings, individual reports, and downloadable PDF products are final sale. Because the digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," all sales are non-refundable once generated and delivered.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents access to content you paid for, contact us. We will either resolve the issue or issue a refund (in full or prorated) at our discretion.

5. Billing Disputes

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. PayPal handles the payment transaction. For a billing dispute or chargeback, you may contact PayPal support directly; we will assist as needed.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Email support@askmasterli.com within 7 days of the purchase (for the first-purchase guarantee).
• Include your account email and the date of the charge.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider.
