Refund Policy

1. Overview

I Ching Master Li provides digital metaphysical content — including AI-generated I Ching readings, BaZi charts, Feng Shui insights, and downloadable reports. Because this content is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase or subscription, our refund terms are set out below.

2. Subscriptions

We offer recurring subscription plans (currently Basic at $4.99/month and Pro at $29.99/month).

Cancel anytime: You may cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
7-day money-back guarantee: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first charge if they are not satisfied.
After 7 days: No refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.

3. One-time Readings & Reports

Single readings, individual reports, and downloadable PDF products are final sale. Because the digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," all sales are non-refundable once generated and delivered.

Digital goods exception: Under most consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content has been accessed or downloaded. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents access to content you paid for, contact us. We will either resolve the issue or issue a refund (in full or prorated) at our discretion.

5. Billing Disputes

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (and/or equivalent processors). Paddle handles billing, tax, and chargebacks on our behalf. For a dispute or chargeback, you may also contact Paddle support directly; we will assist as needed.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@askmasterli.com within 7 days of the charge (for the first-subscription guarantee).
Include your account email and the date of the charge.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
